U.S. house prices slow in October

House prices in the U.S. slowed in October, according to the Federal housing finance agency.

The Nationwide House Price Index in the U.S. rose 9.2% year over year in October. However, this is down from a 10.7% increase in September.

Month-on-month, the home price index was flat after rising 0.1% the month before.
