Malaysian palm oil stocks fall to 2.19 million tons in December
The Malaysian Palm Oil Board (MPOB) said Tuesday that Malaysian palm oil stocks fell 4.09% to 2.19 million tons in December compared to November.
The report said Malaysia, the world’s second-largest palm oil producer, recorded a 3.68% month-on-month decline in domestic crude palm oil production to 1.62 million tons.
Palm oil exports decreased by 3.48% from the previous month to 1.47 million tons, while palm oil imports increased by 0.14% from the previous month to 47,114 tons.
