Malaysia reports palm oil inventory increased to 2.09 million metric tons in August

According to the Malaysian Palm Oil Board, Malaysian palm oil inventories rose 18.16% month-on-month to 2.09 million tons in August.

According to the report, Malaysian crude palm oil production rose 9.67% month-on-month to 1.73 million tons in August.

Palm oil exports in August decreased by 1.94% to 1.3 million tons compared to the previous month

In January-August, Malaysia exported 9.81 million tons of palm oil worth 5.993 billion ringgit ($13.31 billion).
