Bitcoin moved in negative territory this morning after the Dow Jones Industrial Average rose slightly on Monday (July 25). Investors are looking ahead to the monetary policy meeting of the Federal Reserve. (Fed) and the release of U.S. GDP numbers this week.
- The Dow Jones Industrial Average rose 90.75 points, or 0.28%, to close at 31,990.04.
- The S&P 500 rose 5.21 points, or 0.13%, to close at 3,966.84.
- The Nasdaq fell 51.45 points, or 0.43%, to close at 11,782.67.
Zipmex’s Thai victims have rallied to file a lawsuit seeking damages totaling nearly 700 million pounds from 794 victims, more than half of whom were unaware that funds had been transferred to the Z-Wallet, which may be outside the SEC’s custody.
The movement of Zipmex victims who deposited their assets with ZipUp+ products has united to file a lawsuit on July 25, 2022.
The victims’ side has collected information to serve as evidence for litigation. Currently there are 794 victims with a total amount of about ฿667,011,069.
However, more than half of the victims did not know that Zipmex was transferring funds from Trade-Wallet to C-Wallet, which may not be SEC protected.
