On Monday, Japan releases the producer price index (PPI) for April, while China releases industrial production for April, retail sales for April, fixed asset investment for April, and the unemployment rate for April.
On Tuesday, the Reserve Bank of Australia releases meeting minutes and Indonesia reports imports, exports and trade balance for April.
On Wednesday, China publishes the house price index for April and Japan publishes the report on industrial production in March.
On Thursday, Japan will release April imports, exports and trade balance, as well as March machinery orders. Australia will publish the April unemployment rate.
On Friday, the PPI for the month of April will be published in South Korea.
Europe
On Monday, the EU publishes the trade balance for March.
On Tuesday, the UK will release the unemployment rate for March, followed by the EU releasing GDP for the first quarter of 2022.
On Wednesday, the UK publishes the inflation rate for April and the EU publishes the inflation rate for April.
On Friday, the UK publishes the GfK consumer confidence index (May) and the core retail sales index for April, followed by the German PPI for April and the EU consumer confidence for May.
The U.S.
On Monday, the Empire State Manufacturing Index for May will be released in the United States by the New York Fed.
On Tuesday, April retail sales, April industrial production, March business inventories, and the May housing market index from the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) will be released.
On Wednesday, housing and building permits for the month of April and weekly oil inventories will be released by the U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA).
On Thursday, the U.S. will release weekly initial jobless claims, the Philadelphia Fed manufacturing index for May, existing home sales for April, and the May Philly Fed Employment Index.
